A Welcome Home service can be a great solution for re-arriving to a residence after being away out of state or before guest arrive. This service includes the following: inspection of overall home, turning water back on, clean toilets, bed linen changed, and overall home tidy before you arrive.
A Pre-Arrival Welcome Home Service includes the following:

A through walk through inspection of the home,

Turn water back on to the house,

Bring in mail,

Set thermostat to desired tempature,

Whole-home reset and tidying,

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general cleaning,

Kitchen reset and disinfect all surfaces,

Bathroom refresh

Clean all toilets,

Disinfect all surfaces,

Bedroom refresh

Make beds with fresh linens

Wash previous bed linens and put away

A Depature Welcome Home Service includes the following:

Turn water off to the house,

Take out trash and coordinate the return of Waste Bins at the curb,

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general cleaning,
