Will you make me throw away my things? No. Professional Organizers will never force you to part with any of your belongings. Our job is to help you with sorting items into groupings, and help you determine if specific items are serving you and your goals for your current situation. We always respect your boundaries and your decision to discard and donate your items.
Are Gift Certificates available for family or friends? Yes. Gift Certificates are available for individual session hours only. They are not available as packaged session hours. Gift Certificates are valid for 1 year, and are non-refundable.
How much will my organizing products cost me? This depends on several factors, such as how much of your items you are keeping. Other factors to consider might be what your person style is. What is the desired aesthetic for you space? A small closet such as a pantry can range from $200 to $800. A safe budget is about 30% to 40% of your project cost.
Do I need to purchase organizing products? While organizing products can definitely be beneficial to help you maintain order, it is not required. It all depends on how you want your space to look, and your budget. I always stride to apply function over form. I will recommend certain products for your space, and if you would like to move forward, I will handle procuring them. The price of organizing products are at the responsibility of the client and not included in the price of a session.
What if I need to reschedule our session? I understand that situations arise that are unavoidable. I kindly ask that you give 48 hour notice via phone call or text message alerting me of the reschedule request.
What if I need to cancel our session? I understand that true emergencies and illnesses happen. I offer a one-time waiver for genuine emergencies, after which this policy strictly applies to ensure the sustainability of my business. I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session total. If you do not show up for your scheduled session or are unavailable at the agreed-upon time, you will be charge 100% of the session total.
